Aims of Blazing Torch Ministries To seek to promote unity and spiritual growth among Christians of all denominations. To seek to reach into the community , with the love of Christ, to those outside the church,. To seek the will of God and to be led by the prompting of the Holy Spirit. Statement Of Faith We believe in one God, Father , Son and Holy Spirit. We believe in Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour ,that he was conceived of the Holy Spirit, Born of the virgin Mary, Crucified; Died; buried and resurrected . He ascended into heaven and reigns at the right hand of God the Father. He will come again to judge the living and the dead. We believe that salvation and forgiveness of sins comes only by grace through faith in Christ. We believe in the empowering of the body of Christ through the Holy Spirit and the use of gifts given through the Spirit. We believe in the bible as the inspired word of God written under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit. We believe in the command of Jesus to : "Preach the gospel to all the world" |
