Wales with a desire to encourage other Christians and to touch the lives of those outside the church. The name 'Blazing Torch'was inspired by the 1st verse from Isaiah chapter 62.
With the backing of the Church the ministry began in April 2002 with a monthly evening meeting comprising of praise and worship and a guest speaker.

Following on from this, the ministry took on an ecumenical dimension as Christians from other denominations became involved and opportunities for ministry in the local schools through the leading of assemblies opened up (we are now actively involved in 9 different schools throughout the area).

In 2006 Blazing Torch Ministries were involved in the organising of ‘Worship Explosion’ a worship centred event in North Wales for Christians of all denominations.

Blazing Torch Ministries includes preachers and worship leaders with a heart to see the name of Jesus lifted up and who are prepared to arrange fellowship weekends and praise nights for other Churches with speakers, and worship if required.
In February 2006 Blazing Torch became a registered charity and in August applied to and were accepted as a member organisation in the Evangelical Alliance.
